Update: changed from 1 star to 3 star. Motion detection was working but stopped. Got it hooked up properly but it goes out every now and again. It's mid so far. Works but needs improvement. Previous: I purchased cloud storage, but when I click on it, it tells me I have it, but if the camera is online it says the cloud storage can't be used, there is no external network. Please assist. Email is in China, so can't contact them

Device works only part of the time when you try to click into the app the ads it puts up mostly say you have a virus which is a scam and doesn't let you click past them even when you wait for the prompt at the top I'm only giving it a two-store instead of one because when it does work has a decent picture can record and has a decent sound but the app is nothing but a big hassle trying to access it

It totally sucks! I got three cameras. I know one camera to connect for about 10 minutes. And then nothing it just continues to go around in circles never connecting.. they are frustrating as hell. Suggestion throw them into the nearest trash can but first throw them on the ground and stomp on them!!!

******This whole thing is a scam***** ×××× do not waste time or money×××× It's completely horrible !! The App , the camera, and service. I paid for lifetime cloud service and never received anything I've paid for This whole thing is a scam The camera says it can hold a charge for hours.... um try literally 11min from full charge. The quality of the picture is completely not as advertised Very blurry not close to HD as advertised.

one time we try in a very 1st phone it works with the charger connected as always,we try without charging it doesn't work.and now I want to try with another phone,we think to transfer use another phone but it's don't work anymore.many days we try,no sign of good news😔😞

Wish I knew the cameras I bought used this app. I wouldn't have bought them. Disgraceful. Won't stay connected, and I purchased the cloud storage which doesn't work and which also said it would remove ads, which it didn't.

This app is awful. It can't stay connected to the camera even when both are within 5 ft from the router. The video is broken up and not consistent ie., choppy. I would buy nor waste your time and money.

connected but have to connect it manually and i dont have that microphone. i already allowed it but still no change about microphone. i bought this cam because i think this is easy to me to talk to the delivery man but i only can hear and watch the playback and not to talk. as i said, i have to write on notes . back to manual. bxtch
