The drivers and the application were overall good at the beginning. Currently there's virtually no hour when you can order a taxi without having to pay for a tip (the initial price is 400 AMD and the tip usually starts from 300 AMD). It's ostensibly weird. Even if you see there's little or no traffic on the streets, for some unknown reason UTaxi is 24/7 "overloaded" and "busy" and they force you to pay the tip.

This taxi becomes trash. Charging more, not coming correct location, drivers purposefully place on wait before few seconds of arriving, than start the route without removing the waiting status just to overcharge for short trips. What is worse most of drivers don't know how to use GPS , and they take you to wrong location, because they are lazy. Was good in the past, unfortunately become trash.

Drivers are starting smoking right during the trip, without even asking if the passenger is ok with smoke. Some of drivers are really creepy, so had to cancel the trip a few times. I've been using this app for 2 years and I was always leaving feedback on trip and rating driver, but it seems nobody cares because nothing has changed.

The destination address function does not work well. it allows only to show the destination on the map, and you have to find your country, city and destination on the world map. there is no option of writing the address in the addres line. And the location button doesn't work either, at least to help you find yourself at the world map.

I started having problems with geo-location and finding drivers. Very often drivers stop at venues close to what I have mentioned not not exactly where the venue is and I can not find them. I am often forced to cancel orders because of not beung able to find the driver. This made me think of removing the app & finding the better equivalent.

It's not even safe, there's more than 3 numbers for support, but all of them pretending they are not listening or the connection is poor, but they're just faking. So I consider it is dangerous to use this service. Maybe some of the drivers are inadequate how do you think I can inform you or get help? I was using the app with credit card, and the last trip charged 2100 drams instead of 1100. I was just calling to understand the reason. Congrats! You'll get my bad recommendations among my friends.

In general, not bad, but 1. almost always, the taxi arrives at a wrong place. 2. even though it shows a short interval of arrival (i.g.6 minutes), it still makes you pay a "more tip as of busy time)

there is a delay in the way Utaxi shows the position of the taxi, so you can't be sure how far your cab is. Other applications like Yandex and gg are much better, they show the exact position of the taxi. It happened to me once that the Utaxi application sent me a cab but didn't track the ride, so my driver had no idea what to charge me
