This app does what it suppose to. However, the loading animation is just a waste of time. Commuters can use an instant launch and search app. Not one that shows fancy loading wheel.

Expert opinion: Having to deal with an upselling prompt at first launch shows everyone how desperate you can be when your app doesn't offer anything different from many of the other providers out there. What do you mean by VIP support "NEVER BE LOST AGAIN"? As an expert I have to understand how this works because why would anyone pay an app for such support which should be available for free? Very questionable practice. The UX is also pretty terrible so I'm definitely uninstalling.
