A directory of bell towers for English style bell ringing

Bell Finder provides summary details of the more than 7000 bell towers with rings of three or more bells. The app can also be used to record details of your tower grabs.

Bell Finder uses on the "Dove data file" published by the Central Council of Church Bell Ringers (CCCBR). The app is produced independently of the CCCBR and is not endorsed by them.

Very useful. Quick and easy to use. I cannot find any documentation or help on Import (or Export) functions. With over 1000 towers rung at already logged in Andrew Craddock's Towerbase program, ideally, I'd create an appropriate mask for Tbase export and transfer the data to Bell Finder with a few clicks of a mouse. Is it possible?

Very good app. I highly recommend it for tower bell ringers. A lot of my friends were not aware of it because the name doesn't have the words Tower or Ringing in it, so doesn't come up in a search, and there are so many unrelated apps with the word Bell.

Just installed. Very easy to navigate. Particularly like the feature that shows all the towers in your locality, and the link to Doves.

The Salty Trainspotter

Amazing app!! Saves creating Excel Spreadsheets! It's crashing on startup now for some reason, I updated my android version and still crashes on startup. Any known reason for this?

This is a well thought out app. The mapping capabilities using Here maps are good. Using Here maps for the response to the Map menu item would add consistency.

Map view crashes occasionally but all in all this seens a useful app. Will be able to test it more when im able to travel more!

Very good and use full it uses doves gide but you can use on android and it has evry tower you can think of you really have to be ceir full of spelling tho.
