If I had a redo I may not have picked this one. Positives - I like the option of picking my coach. I like the variety of times and speeds for each walk. Negatives - it is never accurate on my distance. If you scroll to the next section it messes your current one up.

There is no way to turn off the subscription within the app like it says there is. Update: Customer service swiftly canceled my subscription, and I was informed my subscription fee was refunded. It has not yet been refunded to my account, currently showing as another charge. Once it does get refunded, I will change the star rating. Update: They refunded my money and I increased my rating due to their swift response in regard to my request.

The app did it's job! (Minor glitches) I purchased the membership, and after a couple of weeks I was consistent with walking and no longer used the app. This past week, I received a charge. initially, I was upset, but couldn't blame anyone but myself. Contacted customer service and they sent me a link for refund. Link didn't work, next day a CS rep FOLLOWED UP with ME via email. I explained what occurred not only did they cancel membership but also sent a REFUND! That's above and beyond!

Sucky app and a waste of money. Constantly crashes, pages won't scroll, no way to see an overview of the meal plan (which does not list any nutritional values so you can't track macros or even simply calories). Don't waste your money. And if you're like me and paid before checking out the app because you were suckered into it by a social media ad, I'm sorry.

App glitches and freezes within 15 secs. Un-installed and reinstalled several times. No where on the app to cancel plan. Clicked the support link several times and it did not do anything. Finally after 8 tries it finally gave me an email to contact. Will wait and see if I get a response. Very frustrating.

The app does not let you log in, it is difficult to close and will get stuck on settings so that you have to uninstall just to try and reopen the app from scratch again. There are no options to cancel your subscription. I haven't even had the app for 10 minutes and I'm already done with it because I've had to reinstall it 3 times where it was stuck on a screen. Update: They took care of the issue quickly, canceled my subscription, and made it right. I used their support email address to do this.

When the app works it works well and does what it says it's supposed to. Unfortunately it does have issues,. I have a galaxy phone and that seems to be an issue, I can't speak for the iPhone. I did contact customer support and they were very quick to respond and made the process very simple. We emailed back and forth try to troubleshoot and came to the conclusion that it is issues on their end and they should be a refund. Hopefully they can fix the app and I would be more than willing to reinsta

BUYER BEWARE!!! The walking plan is about all that works. Cant log-in. No instructions how to use the app. Music doesnt work, can't enable tracking devices. "Contact support" can't be contacted. Sorry I wasted my money on this. And now I learn there is no way to cancel the subscription. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing! App address is supposedly in Nevada, but the phone number is a Poland country code.
