I enter my organization, and then the app just goes to a white screen with nothing. My app is updated to the latest version, I've restarted my phone, cleared my cache... really don't know what else I can do. And the website is impossible to navigate.

Just downloaded app. I choose my organization, it goes to a white screen and sits there. Forever. It doesn't work at all. It sounds like I am not alone. I hope this is fixed- it looks like a nice resource. (Also because I would assume my employer paid for it.)

The trackers frequently do not show all my selected trackers and do not allow for entering prior day data. While the website shows that it is synced with my fitbit, I cannot see this on the app nor does it seem to show any data from my fitbit when viewed. Overall, the app is mostly useless for the day to day needs. If I needed any of the advocacy aspects, I would probably go to the website first as well.

I am having the same experience with trying to open this app. Goes to a white, blank screen, and nothing happens.

I downloaded the app, but I can't register. The date of birth field opens current calendar with current date and the only way to set the birthday is to keep swiping month by month to get to the correct date. For me this is 699 swipes. If you stop for any reason, calendar resets to current date. I tried several times and I gave up and I will be uninstalling this app.

Stopped working Samsung Galaxy A53 5G. Says, "service temporarily unavailable." Un/Reinstalled multiple times to no avail. Disappointing!

App keeps kicking me out and crashing after I did forced update. It worked better before.

Awful bot user friendly. There's no instructions not happy that my work switched to this app. Virgin pulse was better. Can't find any updated info on the point system beside an outdated flyer on Google that has limited information. They say they are compatible with the most popular watches but dont samsung isnt supported directly. I have 4 apps running to link my watch to health advocate. This ass is the furthest from user friendly. Please call virgin pulse and ask them for assistance
