For the past few YEARS, the app has hung at login requiring a cache clearing EVERY time I tried to use it. A month ago, it would let me login, but wouldn't load my account making me fear my coverage had lapsed. TODAY: all the buttons work except the one I need. Login. Sits there and does nothing, despite cache clearing. Completely and utterly unacceptable for YEARS now. Do better.

This app stopped working around 2019 - won't accept my login credentials. IBX has advised me to uninstall, then reinstall. This fixes the problem, until the next time I try to log on. I've gone through this process multiple times, and it's getting old. Can't even reset the password, because it asks me to answer a security question, without showing the question. I'm done with this app until they fix it. Update, 2024 - decided to give it another try. Still broken.

Horrible! Loading times take forever. Navigating thru brings different results when searching. Finding a doctor takes forever with their filters. Needs complete web overhaul. Response time sucks!

Logging into this app is nearly impossible. I have to log in every time I open it, it only works half the time, and I hit "enable biometrics" every time and it never does it.

What a useless and unhelpful app. First IBX gives me the wrong PCP on my insurance card, but then they don't even let me fix it. Plus, have a chat or email feature, no one wants to call anyone.

Been unable to login for about 2 years but I keep checking back to try again, see if there updates, and occasionally delete and all reinstall the app. I can open the app but as soon as I click login, the app completely closes. Website works fine but the app is shamefully useless.

I've only been able to log in to this once or twice a while ago. With a recent update, the login button no longer works. The register button still works, but I can't navigate to just login from that window. It is a completely useless app now.

Can't log in to the app. Whatever update happened, the login button doesn't work, then you hit register and of course that works, but won't let you register since there's already a user with that info in the system. This is just such a time waste.
