The app does everything it should and almost flawlessly. It makes almost every part of the gym easy other than the workout.

Installed the app multiple times but get an error and unable to use the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, made sure my phone is up to date, issues persist. Edit: I finally got the app to work and it's useless, except for checking into the gym. The previous California Family Fitness app was so much more useful and provided stat tracking, rewards tracking, and progress meters for different metrics. Just use their code and rebrand it, since it's so much better.

The app is good for checking in, HOWEVER, not all your check-ins will be displayed. I know for some this is insignificant but when you're trying to stay accountable, this is a nuisance. I first noticed the glitch when I had my first "12th" check-in (when you get a "prize"). I reported the issue through email to InShape and received an email saying I would be contacted by someone that could resolve the issue, months later, no resolution! Now this issue has happened to me 3 times alone this month!

I downloaded the new app only because the older version wouldn't work any more. It is very hard to look for classes quickly. Unable to make a list of favorite classes/teachers. Unable to change user name from the one that ISC issued. If these problems could be changed it would be a better app. It is nice that it tracks Check-Ins in the app instead of having to wait for an email.

I switched over due to Cal Family Fitness merging with In Shape and this app is terrible compared to the Cal Family Fitness one. That app could track meals, workouts, and check ins. I could even log my weight and still schedule classes. This app is basically a marketing tool. You can see the classes and sign up for the rewards and that's about it. This may be good for those wanting to take advantage of the perks but does nothing to help track your actual fitness.

So slow loading, doesn't accurately count your check-ins. To book a class/gym slot, you have to go through 3 screens and if you back out it takes you to the start. Pretty frustrating, it wouldn't be that difficult to update and fix the format of booking classes. The classes for that day are on a completely different tab than where you book them - so you must know which class you want and then book it from a different screen. Super ineffective/time consuming. Please update.

I can't upload a photo. Every time I go into the club they remind me that I need a profile photo. However, every time I try to upload one, it crashes. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, made sure my phone is up to date and restarted my phone multiple times. Still crashes and will not work... I'm on an android, please fix this.

Love the gym but not the app. The glitches need to be addressed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, tried opening in different places all over this county and have the same glitches. It loses my reservations sometimes, it won't let me "refer a friend" (app just closes), it doesn't update how many check-ins I have, and it takes forever to load any request. Frustrating when the app is required for several Club tasks.
