Old app was better more streamline and easy to find what you needed at a click on the front page and not have to search multiple pages to get to one thing your looking for. Hope this app gets transformed into the old app so you can find locations, use your membership card thats big enough for the scanner to actually read, hours of use even during holidays, doubt it'll happen, but heres to wishing it does happen. If it aint broke, dont fix it.

I have not found the new app to be very useful, and frankly quite annoying to try and use...the filter feature in the old app allowed a member to search and find classes and times quite easily...also the big plus I could access the information from my work computer ...cannot load the new app on my computer, big minus the old app and its information have been disabled. At Least restore the old "Classic:" app on-line while you work the bugs out of this one.

Lockes account sign in never works. Password and sign in are correct. But app won't recognize it. There's a saying that goes if it's not broke don't fix it. Been waiting for hours for a password link because new app doesn't allow multiple cards for family checkin anymore.

Was able to sign up for two classes initially, and now it no longer shows me any classes, nor allow me to search other facilities for classes. It just says no glasses available. I can't even sign up online because the only way to do that is through the app. Please fix ASAP I'd like to sign up for classes.

1000% Better than the previous version. Scheduling is a breeze! This is is not the BEST but best is an end and Better is a continuation of Improvement! Thanks for the Improvements on this app! When a person wants to Dog on an app "they will" even if it is not true.

Totally useless. If you're new there's no sign up option. Just a sign in option for existing members. What kinda stupidity is that? They don't display class schedule online now only in the app. Which you can't get into.

Horrible redesign. Nothing is where it should be. Can't even do basic tasks such as look up location hours. Just keeps showing me my "home gym" which hasn't been my home gym in years.

Was working for about a week. Then it signed me out & didn't recognize my password when I tried to log back in. So I reset my password & it still didn't recognize it. Still can't use it.
