Hi wellness corner Team, I have enough balance in my wallet, but while making a payment, it doesn’t allow decimal values. Also, the remaining decimal amount can’t be paid using other methods, as it asks to pay the full amount through a different mode. This makes the wallet balance unusable. Try to help me on this, even support person is not responding via chat connect.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. The support team is completely unresponsive when it comes to cancellations and refunds. It has been over a month, and I still haven’t received my refund despite constant follow-ups through chat. The support team simply closes tickets without notifying me or resolving the issue. I strongly advise everyone to avoid installing this app to prevent losing their money.

In play Store it is always showing '"Couldn't update" on vivo V27 pro with Fun touch OS 15 version. Not sure how can we update it's new feature or releases. Taking too much time or not opening at all. kindly look into it and fix the update and performance issues.

This is a pathetic app, waste of time and resources. Too many issues in the app. First of all, they sell the products at higher cost than 1mg app (integrated with this app). Also, it shows product cannot be delivered to the location, irrespective of whichever location you select whether it is in Bangalore or Delhi or any other state.

Disappointed – Limited and Ineffective I had high expectations from the Wellness Corner app, but unfortunately, it turned out to be of no real use. The medicine list provided is very limited compared to what I already have at home. Instead of offering truly valuable insights or personalized recommendations, the app feels like just another generic health platform.

Horrible Support! No Customer Care Contact Number – Avoid Booking Through This App! I have a corporate account and needed to contact customer support, but the response time is ridiculously slow—even after 7 AM, replies take hours. The support team is unresponsive and even dishonest. They told me my appointment was rescheduled, but when I asked for the confirmed date, they still gave me the old one. When I tried reaching out via chat, I got no response at all. Completely unreliable!

I booked a health check-up appointment for my mother through this app. A lab technician came to our home but failed to find her vein after two attempts and then left without completing the test which I already paid. I tried contacting the app’s customer service, but all I received were automated responses. This experience wasted both my time and money. I am planning to file a complaint. This app is completely unreliable and a waste of time. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Initial cart shows 1002 rupees. During checkout it miraculously changes to 1249 rupees. Upon checking the charges, they removed all the discounts on the medecines and on top of that they are charging convenience fee twice for the same order. One entry of 6 rupees for platform charge and another entry of 20 rupees for platform charge non refundable. Very bad experience. Using this app as I have some balance from my organization.
