App (and website) no longer allows me access to my account. After spending almost an hour, each on two separate days, on the phone with healthfirst trying to fix this issue, the tech. support rep. eventually realized that they weren't able to log in either! They were supposed to call back yesterday ("elevating" the issue a second time though each time they've done pretty much the same troubleshooting) but they did not call.

Really one of the worst app experiences I've ever had. You can turn on biometric logins and it will automatically turn it off without your consent every time it updates. Sometimes even without updating. If your password is incorrectly Entered it will lock you out for 30 minutes. For urgent medical needs that aren't exactly 911 worthy This is incredibly inconvenient. If I change a setting in the app they have no right to change it without my consent without warning.

Was told over the phone to use the app for changing PCPs as its easier to do. Apparently I forgot my password and I cannot change it in the app. Everything I try for a new password, according to the app, I've apparently tried before. So no, you cannot change passwords in the app. It will not let you. Makes this app completely unusable garbage.

Will always appreciate putting down the phone call to use the phone app. Makes the maze of red tape and those who care very little that it's an added 20 numbers since the initial dialing of the member phone number and selected precisely in order with categories worded vaguely and their descriptions worded in confusing medical jargon now you no longer have to guess if pressing three after 45 minutes is correct because everything can be found if it's not listed you just tap magnifying glass

This is the first time I have been enrolled in Healrh's first effect on August 1st, and so far, this has been a terrible choice. I have been on the phone every day multiple times a day regarding member id, payment, portal, plan, and worst of all, my child plans . They don't know what they are doing.

There's always something with this app. You create a password and it always says it invalid. Very annoying

It does not work at all the only thing I can see is my personal information and doctors information. When I try to look up doctors in my area it says nothing found.
