Easy to use and understand your food before you make an order

The app doesn't have a track order option. When you call the restaurant they make you wait for so long just to tell you they can't take you call, you should try again. Imagine you have already paid for your oder online, drivers have a tendency of having trouble with locations, nobody is calling you, you are calling them and cant get hold of them or track what's happening with your order. I'm so disappointed.

The online specials and promotions are gatergorised well, not had crashes and a good UI. Easy to use and handy for those lazy days where a quick take away is needed. This been said, there is a chat function but they don't have an awnser for why food is late and you just have to call the store... Counter intuitive... Bad user experience

Great app, and formidable initiative from an SA fast food chain to include healthy options. The calorie count is a good guideline for frequent fast food eaters. Especially love the Hillcrest branch, fast, healthy (with no butter/margarine), and speedy service. Well done tram fishaways (and affiliates), what a worthy offering, keep it up.

Easily made an order without issues

The most useless app I've ever came across. I placed an order pver an hour ago and still haven't recieved it, i used the live chat option to track and it says i have to call the store, i called the store and the answering machine said i should use the app to contact them as they are busy. There is no cancel order option, can't track, the chat option is pointless, can't even get to a customer care agent via telephone. Poor poor service. Now I'm suck with an order with no idea of its status

Please fix your delivery address problems, i have been ordering for atleast 1 to 2 years already, from the app, from the princess crossing store, now somehow the app is saying they cannot deliver to me, i had to call them and confirm that they can still deliver to me, im about 3 to 5 km from the shop, so they are delivering to me, but i cannot do it through the app anymore, please fix!

The app works great, the food is ready quickly when you collect and tastes great, but the delivery tracking does not work well - it jumps to different places on the map between the route and the store, it's inaccurate and leaves you waiting in the cold and dark for way too long
