Happy with the app. So much better than having to deal with my ISP. There's only one issue I have with it. If I run a line test and an issue is detected, it takes a long time to reflect that there is a fault in the line. Perhaps add another status to indicate that a ticket as been generated - "fault detected in line test" or something similar.

The service is good when it works but is intermittent and can't be relied on for flawless transmission

The most useless app. Cant log faults. Their chatbot is useless. It you test your connection using your phone to log a fault and theres a problem with your internet you are on mobile data, which it uses to test your fibre connection , how exactly is it testing to see if the lines working? Why is there no simple way to just contact openserve to say "hey idiots my stuffs not working?"

Openserve is really useless because you cannot contact them by phone. I am paying for a 100mbps connection, and the internet speed tests confirms such, but I am downloading files at 2-3mbps. This is atrocious and there is no way to contact them. The worthless 10210 number that Telekom gave me to contact Openserve on is also worthless as the robots keep connecting me to Telkom's mobile robots.

App used to work well, however trying to do a test my line as the wifi is not working and it just goes on running, nothing happens besides the green circle going round and round.

While it can't fix all issues that I may have with my openserve line, it does confirm that there is an issue and allows for a self heal, if unsuccessful it generates a reference number that I can forward to my isp, it also tells me of area outages. It's a nice useful app for when there's an issue, it has a built in speedtest, the results of which are usually accurate but should be taken with a grain of salt as it's done over WiFi. It has some nice easy to understand instructions too etc

The app is 100% user-friendly and easy to navigate. It gives the option to set up your personal preferences and this really improves customer experience. The app gives you the functionality to check for broadband coverage at your address and if available, you can easily connect your home. You can easily track orders and appointments using your order number. And also, check your internet speed instantly. Thanks Openserve for providing these functionalities at our fingertips.

This app has a good and modern design and also very fluent. On the other hand, not very functional. I've created an account and went through the setup process, and was unsuccessful with linking my landline service number. Prompting me an error "Could not validate the number." Also, everytime I log in, it wants to continue going through the setup process — even though I've been through every single configuration page — which is quite frustrating.
