Decent coffee but false Reqard Advertisement. My favorite is the Beignets. I love the convenience of ordering ahead to ensure hot and fresh. Little disappointed in the reward system. It promises in the app every 1 point when $.75 is spent. But looking over my receipts, I only got 1 point per 1 subtotal dollar spent according to the reward system. This is advertisement misrepresentation!

PJs is amazing! But using the loyalty points isn't working correctly. Many of the menu items are now missing when trying to use my reward points. Also, when clicking on seasonal items, the only option that shows up is a King Cake cold brew, which left the menu a long time ago. I have all these reward points to use but none of the menu items or seasonal items I buy are available for redemption in the app...

I love PJs the coffee is absolutely delicious every time.😋 unfortunately I can not say the same good things about the app. I've been trying to redeem my free drink for 3 days now and still haven't succeeded. It really stinks when you really want to use points you've earned and can't. Please fix the app & keep up the great work at PJs! Y'all are AWESOME 👌 👏

The app used to work great, and then all the locations showed up is closed. After a few months I finally uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it's a brand new app and seems to be working although it wiped all of my rewards points.

PJ's is AWESOME but this app is terrible!! Something has changed now I have to put in my location before I order!! Also it says I have to have a 100 pts before I can order a seasonal item!! I like trying different drinks & also need to order online since I stop by on my way to work!! Please fix it!!
