Worst experience ever...I placed the order through app. It was not delivered and in app it was showing as order is ready to be delivered. I waited for 2 hours, I was not able to call the restaurant, mobile was switched off. I am not able to chat also. Worst experience I ever had. It was very disappointing with this service. Even I raised complaint to the customer care but no response

*One Star – Poor App Design, Zero stars to the developer for implementing such nonsensical logic. The ordering process involves far too many unnecessary clicks, which could have easily been avoided with smarter design. The Burger King reward scheme is appreciated, but once again, redeeming reward points is made needlessly complicated. A more user-friendly experience is seriously needed.

DISSAPOINTING. I had ordered burgers and I wanted to cancel my order but this app doesn't have the option to cancel orders so I gave them them a call on their CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER but they did not care enough to even pick up the call. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN. also it doesn't have home delivery option, a few years back it used to have that option.

In this app there is a very bad glitch that not giving crown reward points after the order. In my last 10 order I didn't get the crowd reward of 4 out of it which value more than 1000 points and 6 out of it got very hard by doing several requests in the app do a email after it. Hope this will correct one day but on now wards I did not use the app anymore 😡😡😡

Hi, today (7-Jun-25); I placed order (from Amanora mall pune, order no 2002) using the app and paid the amount but order didn't delivered and it is showing as delivered, chat support is useless and store's mobile number mentioned in the order is not reachable, they are running scam, do not use this app. thanks

I'm mobile app developer too .. Consider this review for delivery option only, I'm not able to enter address manually. it automatically detects my location but incorrect always. it is good to detect location but user should have an option to correct it... otherwise it is useless.

Worst app ever I order more than two time but they are showing me the crowns points during the time of the order but they are not added to my reward points and also no response from any customer executive even though I mail them thrise worst experience and also I have used Mcdonalds app and it functions so much properly and there customer service is also good

Total Scam. They first of all didn't provide any option for cash on delivery and after paying showed that the order was already delivered. And as such I didn't receive any OTP to collect my order. There is no mechanism for customer support other than their chatbot which is good for nothing.
