I think this could be a great app, exactly what I'm looking for, but adding tasks is glitchy. I added a daily task repeating 7 days a week, but it only shows up on some days and 13 times on other days. I also thought there were supposed to be different categories of tasks but I can't change the type. Unfortunately unusable for me in its current state.

Univi does an excellent job of succinctly describing exactly the same issues I experience with my ADHD, and gives concrete, chunkable ways to make things better. Low sensory load for those who are overstimulated. Any sensory visual input is matched well with the verbal and audio tracks. Very harmoniously designed and full of info that is easy to digest and implement.

One of the few apps I have kept and used for more than a month. Love the simplicity of the set up. And the ai generated meditation is really helpful (even if I wish I could chose the length) and voice is amazing. Wish that we can chose between either a to-do list or a time we do things (like add a time for work or doc appointment instead of adding it like a to-do list) also wish I could set a reminder at a time to do meditation or an activity I need to get done.

I'm a mom, I don't always have time to sit and watch videos - which are laid out like CBL's (computer based learning). I love that you tried to make it engaging, but the constant "+2" in the background, and shifting every few seconds to a different scene is very distracting. It makes it harder to focus on the content. Last thing is the sections. A brief description on what I should expect to learn before clicking would do wonders. "Mary's Story" feels patronizing, sadly

At it's current stage a 4.5/5 stars. Everything is in nice & easy to follow & digest, changes between reading, listening, watching, answering questions, & activities at the end of the lessons really help keep you engaged/able to better hold onto the information & tools. The meditations are succinct while the personalized ones connect on a different level all together. The main AI voice, how it speaks with the subtle sounds/music & reassuring tone are wonderful. Most helpful free app ive tried.

I am undiagnosed and pretty sure I've never had hyperactivity, but an attention deficit of some kind has plagued my whole working life. I'm trying this because I've run out of options for help getting this under control. I like all the strategies so far; they seem like things I can remember to use, that will stop me from panicking while I try to sort out huge piles of paperwork.

I love this app even though I don't have ADHD. I like it because it helps me stay organized. I would just like to make one request. So I love the mood tracker and the To-Do list, I was just wondering if your could maybe add a spot to doodle. Now that might sound odd or unnecessary but come to think of it maybe some people might like to draw or doodle to reflect on their day? idk but it seems cool! Edit: Actually I have not seen that in any other app so if this app has it, it might be th first!

I have been enjoying this app so far. The lessons are short (like my attention span sometimes!) and are quick and easy to go through. I've only completed a few lessons, but have already picked up some good tools for my everyday life. I have not been formally diagnosed with ADHD, but exhibit many symptoms of it. As such, many of the stories in the app resonate with me. The only thing that is annoying is that it keeps asking me to leave feedback, even after I already did.
