Generation.Klassiker, wie das Wiener Schnitzel mit Mayonnaise-Kartoffelsalat oder unsere Topfenpalatschinken werden schon seit über 20 Jahren von unserem Küchenchef Tomas basierend auf den Rezepten von Herta, der Mutter von Ursula Reisch, gekocht.
