Delivery time shown is never correct. It would say for example that the order would be delivered in 8min but at the same time you can see that the driver has not even picked up the order and for the next 20-25 min the reported delivery time is still 8min. Secondly, you are unable to inspect items in the "most popular" section. When you click on an item it immediately adds it to the shopping cart. If I want to see it's ingredients, I must scroll through the list to find that item.

One sentence: Terrible app! The app does not represent the progress of the food ordering, preparing and delivering process, you see the delivery guy really close to you but he arrives 15 minutes later. The food is always cold, no exceptions. Terrible support, you call them and they are clueless on what's going on with the order or how to help you, if you are lucky enough to get them to pick up the phone.

I really like the app, it is very easy to use and great choice of partners. The delivery is almost always on time which is great. The weekly promos with partners are helpful. However, the cost of delivery has significantly increased even if the partner is very close and whats the point of getting medals if there is no incentive to it? I believe that is a missed opportunity, every new medal should bring a reward, like credit or free delivery. Maybe this is something the team can look into.

Overall decent but getting real tired of "delivery range has been restricted due to high demand" and similar outages. EDIT (a month later): Upon the persistence of the issue, I am now changing my review to a single star. 8pm and I can't finish ordering what I wanted because suddenly Korpa went out of service. EDIT 2: The app has been virtually unavailable for the past week+. Max range 6 kilometers??? EDIT 3: Current delivery range 2 km. Never using this app as long as Glovo has what I want.

Main functionality is not working at all. Who ever designed the app should re-think couple of things. I made an order for couple of restoraunts and got refused delivery because my location was to far. I spent entire hour trying to find a restaurant which can deliver. This should be filtered from the start not at the end of the order process. Terrible user experience, deleting the app.

I was very satisfied with the app, but after the last update the app crashes all the time. When I click search button it closes, when I want to track my order. I tried reinstalling and nothing changed. I hope this will be fixed, because I can't always scroll through the available services, I need to be able to use search.

A delivery app that is unable to deliver. Most of the time in the past 2 months app is unable to deliver, and even if I am to successfully order I am limited to walking range of my living place. Really bad expirience, support of this app has also gotten extremely bad. It used to be if for some reason order is canceled I would be contacted and asked how do I wannt my money back. Now they don't even bother and simply give you korpa credits which are usually unusable since they cannot deliver.

Excellent! Great app, real-time order tracking is very nice feature. Easy to use. Can be improved though: 1) orders are not synced with web app! it is much easier for me to pick food and show it to my family on my laptop 2) web app should accept credit card payment - you are already using Monri on mobile, you can use them on web too, it would be a very nice addition 3) we should be able to edit addresses, instead of replacing them. So I must retype 200 chars because of typo! 5* when improved!
