You need to start offering some help, I have looked through the latest reviews looking for some advice regarding the wave app just not working as described. Handing out your support email address does not cut for so many similar issues. This is disgraceful after sales service, I wish I had never purchased this device. Please POST some help for everyone have the same issues.

The old app way way better. I used to be able to start the app and it showed the signal strength. If no signal, just turn the antenna until you got the best signal. Now I have to scan in each position, but still can't get a good data signal.

Doesn't get past the syncing and the silly connecting to server messages, then just freezes on a white screen. Its rubbish

device itself is great, the app on the other hand. it's slow to connect to device slow or non responsive changing bands. bugs out using split screen if the app uses Bluetooth as the mode to communicate to device it's got serious issues.

This App used to show signal quality, signal strength and antenna separation in percentages which was great because it gave a really clear picture of where your issues might be. Now, with the update it just provides a number for the SINR and RSRP. Not happy with this update and makes me unsure whether I should be looking for a fault with my device or mobile service interruptions. If you want to keep the new look App, fine but bring back the percentages. EDIT: After some use, changes are AWFUL.

The app provides some useful information for helping to find the right location for the two Cel-Fi devices, more than just the number on the front panel. Unfortunately, it's extremely difficult to get connected to my Duo, as it constantly seems to say I'm out of range despite being halfway between the transmitter and receiver boxes. Once it fails, it won't connect again until I force close this app and try again. Either way it's also EXTREMELY slow to connect, so prepare to set aside 10+ minutes just to find the device. When it does finally connect, it will stay connected for the duration the app is open, unless you move out of Bluetooth range. Then it'll break and you won't get back in until you force close the app. Again. The app has a function to enable/disable which bands/tech are boosted, but this does not work for me. It either breaks the Duo completely, requiring both boxes to be reset, or causes the booster to alternate between working and "overload/failure" mode. I'd love for it to only boost 4G and not 3G since that is unusable here, but it doesn't work.

It worked fine for me when I used it to view settings of the booster. I did not try to make changes or update anything because it's owned and managed by the cellular provider and because it said my software was already up to date. The app let me see which bands were being boosted and gave more details of signal strength which was interesting to see, but counting the bars on my cellphone was all I needed to do to confirm it was working correctly.

It's easy to get working once the self taught instructions on app were understood. From a no signal /3G-1bar that wasn't usable to a 4G-4 bar bad ass streaming machine. Location is northern MN where an occasional plane flies over if lost. The wife hot spots work / has phone service which we didn't have prior. We've got the Verizon only version, it's got twice the power as multi band versions, great booster! . Must use the wave app to set properly, tried and failed with other apps.
