Poor excuse for an "online" order app. It takes you to a web browser and the app is completely useless. Also the web online order process is awful, there is no language change option, so the entire experience is negative. Just go to the store if you want to order dominos, or get your Chinese speaking friend to call it in for you. It's very frustrating because it makes you input your address multiple times if you leave the screen, even if you stumble through the Chinese. Very, very bad design.

WTH, previous version used all the time, mobile number is registered, and now tells me i have to register again, mobile number not recognized. And no way to login with my registered email. Very poor.

Messy and not intuitive nor user friendly, will get redirected to desk site for orders, does not show pickup date/time at confirmation (makes me anxious if i've made a mistake or not).

Totally sucks if you can't read Chinese! Obviously they don't care about foreigners living and working in Taiwan. It's okay, I can buy my pizza elsewhere.

Please include the option of ordering in English. This is a multinational company and such imposition is not acceptable. Even while calling them, they could hardly understand basic English. Please hire those who can speak both English and Chinese. Domino's please hear our plea!
