I appreciate that Orlando Sentinel is reporting on central Florida news that I care about. Sadly, their app is garbage. I'm already signed into the app, but any article that I try to read opens in a new browser instance within the app where I'm NOT signed in. Of course, the log-in process is broken, so there is no access for me. What amature work. Since this garbage app merely opens a web page, I'm going to uninstall it and just use the website directly.

Easy to sign up, annoying to cancel. Price jumped to $16 without warning. You can blame me for not reading the fine print but you have to call to cancel and they are very deceptive. After repeating that I didn't want a lower rate they tried to take my understanding that the subscription would last until the next pay period as me saying I wanted it to continue. The app itself is three stars... just ok. Loses your login periodically and too many ads for a paid product.

The newest version is so much better. Much more responsive and stable. It links to articles properly without requiring you to sign in all over again. I also like the new topics of interest selections so you have a customized section based on items you follow. The only thing that could make it better is the ability to share articles with non-subscribers. You could allow a gift of 10 a month as my NYTIMES offers this for it is a great way to share incredible content of importance.

There are all kinds of problems with this app. It use to be that on the day of the month the app paid my subscription I had a black out of the app for 24 hours, every month throughout that day. Now, this past week, I have a total black out on every platform. I am paid up and no access to the service anywhere. I talked to Orlando Sentinel digital subscription and they blamed Google, I talked to Google Play and they blamed Orlando Sentinel App. I have other newspaper subscriptions, yet this is the only one that gives me problems. I had to cancel my subscriptions. Orlando Sentinel cannot deliver this digital service at all. Be warned.

The application is buggy, sluggish and, as of the most recent update, unable to recognize if you have a subscription or not. If you try and reset your password, it won't even recognize your email address. The application has gone from bad to fundamentally useless and you're better off using the mobile website.

I just created my account and paid the $1 fee for the first six months per your own ad OS, but when I tried reading content, I was blocked by a pay wall. I am from Pennsylvania, but just launched a nonprofit in Florida. I find it very disappointing that you can't even get your subscription fees right. On another page the amount was 0 for the first month and $7.99 monthly thereafter. Which is it, OS? Maybe I should rethink setting up shop in Florida.

Great newspaper. Unusable app. Never recognizes this long-time subscriber. I signed in one time to the New York Times app and it always recognizes me. The password situation is impossible. The call center couldn't fix anything. They had an email address for me from 15 years ago.

Basic. Not user friendly. Doesn't recognize that you have a paid service so you have to sign in each time you click on an article outside of the app. Support is unresponsive. It's like no one at OS even cares. Use a different news source if possible and save the headache
