Quite buggy. In order to redeem a code you need to enter the code, click redeem, this doesn't deduct the amount so you then have to toggle between take out and dine in for it to take effect. Also it doesn't always acknowledge when you have long pressed the option to say you've collected your order. The app also won't close and I have to force close it.

Only allow google pay now. Rolled back to version . 14 to fix the issue.

Tried this app because I got a $5 voucher. Had problems with similar apps before and no surprises this one was the same. Coffee took 10 minutes to prepare even though there was no queue, and after that the order is wrong (order a large with an extra shot, got a small). Coffee took so long to make I didn't have time to stand around waiting for them to correct the order. Will not use again, glad it was free.

The one star is for this apps potential. Great concept, poorly executed. Made a company order to the wrong place, realised straight away but there was no way to cancel it. I couldn't get through to the Cafe and ended up almost $300.00 out. Tried to make the order again to the correct Cafe and it would not send through the order and just kept crashing. I'm now trying to get a receipt for the original order and it just loads, never getting anywhere. This app needed more time in trial.

Downloaded app and tried to order and pay for food. It doesn't allow me to pay via credit/debit card, nor does it allow me to top up as it says error with payment. Then I find out every time I tried, it charged me 1 cent every transaction despite saying there was an error with payment details. I tried different cards, re-installed app. Tried to to top up and still failed to work. Faulty app!

Rubbish. Costs more paying via PayPal than paying instore and the shops are always offline. Dont bother, just order and pay when you get there. The response received from the developers suggest I can load the required funds prior to making a purchase using PayPal without a fee. If that's the case, why charge a fee when paying during the sale? I'd simply top up the balance immediately before making a purchase, for the purchase amount, and avoid the fee. All you have done is added an extra step to the process and provided further reason for not using the App.

Terrible support response. App continues to crash upon opening on Android. I visibly showed that I am on the most up to date version of the app, that there aren't any updates for my version of Android, and that clearing cache etc etc etc has not fixed. And yet I'm told the basic troubleshooting steps from some support rep who clearly didn't even bother. Awful. No need for an app that doesn't even function or has people who want it to

I was an everyday user of this app, not anymore. This stopped working properly in my new Pixel 3 phone. I had sent a feedback too but got a response with a generic response of uninstall and re install which obviously didn't work. The problem is with app's memory management but they seem to have no time to look into this. It used to work well in my old s8, but not in Pixel 3 (Abdroid P). Make it compatible for all the phones, infact it should work much efficiently in the latest os
