Like everyone else is complaining, my years of points did not seamlessly add to my account when I added the app like I was told they would. Apps are annoying and it sucks that we are forced to use one to still be considered loyal customers and get rewarded for regular patronage.

I really like their coffee, it doesn't have residue like some of the others when the cup is almost empty, I'm able to enjoy it all to the last bit. I prefer Water Street coffee to the other choices in town
