The service is so pathetic that it makes me wonder if we are in 2025. I waited for two months to give away the book. The intention was not to make money but didn't feel it is morally correct to dump books at the scrapyard. After nearly 3 months, someone called and said he will pick books. I felt happy but the person turned late and declined to enter the apartment. He wanted me to give it at his doorstep. I will never ever login to your app or use your unprofessional service

The app is really good not much issues, adding the books are really easy and fun with an interactive qr code scanner and sound, the delivery takes sometime but it's worth the wait, the payment is reallllyy good, overall very good app would highly recommend.
