Typical reach this app is not updating!!!! Plus The video ads play fine the news videos do not! I wonder why! Constantly get video loading wheel. I don't expect anyone monitors these apps. They are still showing news from August....... As some of their most recent news!!! USELESS

Good but a bit slow to open. 1 year later review .. Now won't open at all, just throws you back to your home screen. Also a recent update has removed the ability to comment on the news stories. The comment section was the best bit and almost always far more riveting than the stories!

After a period of stability the app is totally unstable again and I keep getting thrown out of it. Dreadfully annoying. It's getting worse. Can't hold an article for more than a few seconds. For Christ's sake sort it out.

No longer loads up since update, flashes up then clears, don't even get to see news stories. Tried deleting and installing again and still same. Was handy to see mostly local news stories. As per their reply, update appears to have fixed problem, so adjusted review. Thank you.

Ads ads ads. As you start reading an article an ad will pop up and you have to scroll up or down to get back to what you're reading. Then you come to a point when something pops up saying you have to answer an inane question before you're allowed to read on. Load of rubbish.

As bad as the website. Cluttered with needless malicious spam/spyware popups, poor UI design, very slow and randomly crashing. Kind of what you'd expect from the Bristol Post, matches their quality of "Journalism" - - a mockery and complete shambles.

App had loads of issues, then we got a shiny new upgrade, then we get told we can only read 20 articles a week without subscribing for £1.99 a month, what a liberty. Sort yourself out, cost of living crisis! Can get news anywhere! Really DON'T BOTHER DOWNLOADING THE APP, YOU CAN ONLY READ 20 ARTICLES A WEEK!!! That sums up to be about three story's a day. Shame on you Bristol Post.

Wayyy too many notifications, I don't mind 4 a day plus breaking news, but sick of the hourly notifications constantly going on about when a heatwave or snow is coming, it's ludicrously. Plus it runs like a greased brick.
