Ugh! This app is just so glitchy! Tried to place an order for tomorrow morning multiple times, even deleting and re-adding credit cards and each time it gave me an error that said to only try one more time within the next thirty minutes and that I'd probably have a charge on my card that would be refunded within a few days. So much for getting my discounted drink because now the offer will expire.

You can't use more than one form of payment. So if you have a $5 gift card and your order is $7, you can't use your gift card and then charge $2 to a credit card. This is incredibly frustrating in so many cases. The rest of the app is okay, but really needs a good UX designer.

We just moved down the street from here and we love this place! I think it's safe to say we are addicted. There are so many choices, even if you don't drink coffee. The workers are always very friendly.

App asks me to log in every time I open it, but no longer even lets me log in and will freeze my phone and requires restart. If you can't make the app work that's fine but make the info accessible on a website.

Points do not load. They also tried my number and it does not link. Too many issues using the app.

Good but... I love the app and the coffee is amazing but I wish I could merge my giftcards. I have a few GCs that have like a dollar or two and they just sit on my account. The whole GC part of the app could be WAY better. Easier to use when viewing multiple cards and a merge balance option would be a great start.

The inbox has a little icon indicating you have something in the inbox but when you go check, it's not there. However, according to store baristas, there is suppose to be a deal going on and not even they see it when they scan the qr code.

Functional app, but not the most intuitive button placement. Does not have a way to see the menu without starting an order which can't be done if the store is closed.
