The user needs to discover how to use this app. I loaded my payment method when I registered but it disappeared and only told me when I was underground with sketchy internet access. I had an RFID card but I had to discover that signing up and getting the card did not mean that the card was associated with my account. Naturally the card didn't work and the charge point just beeped and then didn't work.

The app itself is fine but could the charging stations be located in more convenient locations?? Drove to 3 different stations before I gave up as the stations are either behind locked gates or had non-EV cars parked in the charging bays.

▪︎ Every time I visit one of charge fox stations, there's abandoned car parked without charging. ▪︎ When I called them to report, their answer was, not our problem. ▪︎ Their customer support staffs are filled with tons of attitude. Rude answers and try to get rid of you ASAP without listening to customer's problems. ▪︎ Deleted their app, never going to use them again.

keeps saying Error. Please Check internet connection. i was not even able to get to the sign in tab on the left panel. edit:even when updated latest version still showing as unable connect to internet. Edit: i uninstall and reinstall and its working now. a new issue is, i am unable to register my email - already taken. i tried logging in or forget password - unable to find email edit 1 star to 2 star as its still buggy

Will not open, cannot even register, requests to check internet connection which is fine on both wifi and 5G. Uninstalled, reinstalled app (×3) Turned phone off and on again (x2) App latest version... Android latest update... No difference... Still not working... Was told by support that issue due to brief (~1hr) outage, but plainly not the case as has been like this all day and is still not opening, same error message........5 days later.....no fix, will not open...same error....

App doesn't work, uninstalled and reinstalled. Operators are extremely unsympathetic and unprofessional blaming connection issues on user (wfh and all apps are working). Asked if anyone else is having thes issues, the lady said no, just you. Told me to just send an email for assistance. I told her there a multiple reviews having the same issues and she just upfront lied and said, no there aren't any. Have a look at reviews and address the problems for a better customer experience.

Unreliable, low quality app, so clunky. Update: yes I know people can charge successfully, so can I, in spite of the poor app. It's just a bad experience every time. I don't have time to describe all the problems in detail, they should be obvious from the most basic user testing anyway.

The number of chargers in Gold Coast has dropped significantly over the last 5 months. Some chargers are no longer shown on the app at all while others are faulty: Nerang, HOTA and Broadwater are not shown . Pimpama only output 25KW instead of 75. Kurrawa SLSC and Coolangatta SLSC are currently offline. Carrara, Helensvale and Miami may show ok on the app but are often faulty when you get there.
