Poor ingredients, App/website inaccurate for delivery, Support outright lies when contacted. Save yourself the stress and don't bother. I tried three boxes. 1st was missing an ingredient and I received a credit that can only be applied on the first non-discounted box, 2nd was full of rotten veggies once I actually received it on the same day despite support advising next day. Still waiting on the 3rd box despite it saying delivered. I cancelled and lost my credit from box 1.

First week was great as I had chosen the menu. But second week was auto chosen menu that did not fit my medical condition. Was unable to change it, or cancel the box. Couldn't pause the creidt card or cancel subscription, even after talking to customer service bot. Disappointed after a promising start.

Complete waste of time and money! The way they word their advertising is that you will only be paying $2.99 per meal plus receiving the first box of meals for $0 per meal. Don't fall for their convincing advertising as it could almost be declared as false! The only good thing about chefs plate is their wonderful staff in the customer care Department! Otherwise I would only have voted one star. Be sure to give them a raise with all the money you trick people into paying.

Cookings made fun again, and the price is great. We are a family of 2 and used the 5 meals for 2 people a week plan, when promotions are over its roughly 120 dollars a week. Even with conflicting work schedules for work food time is quick because no prepping its done for you. Just heat and follow the instructions and your a hero for dinner. Its at least worth a try in my opinion.

I haven't received my order yet, but I'd like to include a suggestion for the app. You should add an option for people to choose their dietary requirements, I have celiac disease, for example, and it'd be very useful if I could set it to only showing me gluten-free options. Or, at the very least, options that can be made gluten-free if some ingredients aren't included.
