During Playback time you can only select the slide button into hour by hour. If i want select 02:25 it does'nt doing playback, it keep goes back to 02:00. Other Apps or cctv brand can do it. Also if i move little more faster slide by click the mouse to the time i want but nothing is changing or no movement. Also i tested AHD CAMERA with PTZ it does not working on Nvsee but thru DVR PTZ its work can move 360. Please update. Thanks More Power.

Very annoving apps. You cannot view in 2 mobile phones. In play back always hanging when you choose time to play. The app can no longer connect the VCR. You have to restart the VCR. Also Jovision VCR unable to record playback to USB. This is totally stupid VCR and the apps. Unable to review for security evidence. Nonsense.

Pls add screen rotation support. If we rotate cell phone, the video remains static. I am not talking about image flip. Just allow screen rotation facility. We badly need this. Otherwise, the app is quite good. I am using 10 jovision iP/poe camera without issues.

After the update the app is not working properly. I thought it's a problem of my device, so I switched my device & tried again, yet it wasn't working properly. The app wasn't loading, also wasn't able to see my camera video footage after much time of loading. Such a disappoinment.

After update, the app cannot determine the number of channels automatically or ask you for the number of channels. It doesn't even work on my iPhone 13 pro max and other versions of iPhone. It doesn't even show which version of dvr device you are connected to.

Not working after update. Frozen white or black screens. Old version 3.6.1 working fine on my older phone. EDIT 1/7/2023: The app did work properly after updating again per their advice. Been working great all this time, thank you!

I reset my ptz, when I add the device & set the network configuration it disappears from my account. I've tried it several time & the problem still persist. I can only view by hotspots. Very very bad. Even when I click on Lan the response is ' this has been bond with another account '

It was a very fine app but after 20 May all bugs started their moves while they try to update the software. First they changed the port which caused timeout issue. Then the updated again for security issues and binding fence devices for specific accounts and failed as because now you can't Chang the password for any NVr devices and cuasing lots of other trouble which jovision should immediately have to take in consideration unless they don't want to loose faithful customers.
