Clear picture and great camera when it works. It started out great, but now it's offline a lot. It takes a while to get it back online and connected when this happens. It is very frustrating and time-consuming. I do have other brand cameras, and they are connected, so it's not the network. If they fix this issue it would be a great camera.

when I first set it up I was so happy it was clear pic and worked well until I opened the app up again about an hour later and it had no device on my app. I have to keep going outside and scanning the barcode to add it everytime I want to use it and it's getting annoying. I really liked the setup when it was working so I do hope it gets fixed soon.

The app is good but I found some glitches that definitely should be improved. The camera works fine when I put it to cruise but after a few hours of not going in the app it stops cruising and doesn't move at all. I have to be constantly going in the app to check if its still moving, which is hard when Im at work. I need it to always move.

Update: This camera allows for an sd card but the app defaults to cloud storage and keeps prompting for membership purchase. I tried using the help within the app but it's worthless. 😠 Memory hog on my phone. I set up to watch my cat while I'm away. Picture is great and I love the live stream. But dang the app just sucks for memory. I have to carry a power pack for my phone.

The notifications don't work anymore, and now we have to watch an ad before looking at our cameras. What if there is an emergency? If I had known about the ads etc. I would not have purchased. I definitely will not recommend any longer. UPDATE: now they want you to buy the cloud storage to view a recording! What a scam. I'm deleting my account.

The whole experience is iffy, sometimes you can connect to the device and sometimes you have to try two or three times and then there are times when you have to restart it at the power source to get it to work. It's pretty undependable for immediate viewing so for security I would not recommend and it is very quirky I cannot get it to sync time with my phone and it doesn't show my time zone as an option

Non functional. Tried repeatedly over several days and it will not work! Won't allow me to select 2.4 or 5g, does not recognize my wifi even though i had my phone next to the router that sends both speeds. Just another piece of chinese junk. The cameras apparently are no better. They activate themselves at multiple times of day and night even though they are not connected to the app. Are they spying on us this way? I DO NOT recommend their bulb cameras or app. What a waste of time and money!

The camera shows pretty good pics when and if you can connect. Only one device gets notifications though. My husband set them up I can only view. I get no notifications if there is any movement or someone in the camera at door. Defeats the purpose when I'm home alone and he is at work and can't see his phone for movement. Do not buy these unless you plan on it being on a single device. And customer support is non-existent. I've reached out 3 times with no response.
