My experience is meh with this app. The setup was very frustrating, because the Della split unit wouldn't consistently go into pairing mode, so I'd have to attempt it 4 or 5 times. Even in the right mode the app wouldn't see it and it would time out so I'd have to try again (& again...). Also it would be nice to have a users manual to know how each setting works. I have a "proximity on" in scenes, but does it turn off when I leave the zone? Do I set up another scene? Just use timers instead?

I only need to use the app once every month or 2. Every time I have opened the app this year, my AC no longer is in the app and I have to completely set up the unit again as a new device. Absolutely infuriating. What's the point. When it IS connected, the app works great. What in the world are your app developers doing to cause a complete app wipe every damn time they update it?

this app works well but i cant figure out how to remove a schedule from the app for my machine i have a mini split and didnt realize i can control it without haveing to be contected to the same internet as the unit now i want to remove the schedule but i cant fidure out how or it wont lent me if anyone knows how id appericiate some help other than that this app works great would like to be able to set it to auto mode from the app in a future update though

Temperature up button still doesn't work after months of reviews complaining about it...come on guys please fix this. I bought this unit for this feature...I have left as glaring a review on Amazon to alert potential buyers since you have refused to address the issue!

1/4/25 App appears to be working again without changing anything on my side. Will see how long this lasts for... Worked great at first now it doesn't control the Mini Split. I've cleared the cache and app date but still nothing. Very frustrating

pretty good app. works well and is responsive. one ask I suggest is to indicate if it is cooling/heating (compressor on) versus standby waiting

Used to be able to delete and update schedules. Now the delete icon is missing.... all other functions work on the app.

App is trash. Just brought unit a couple months ago. App worked great. Now it's winter season I find out my remote does not have the heat function. So I have to use the app. 2 days later now the app does not want to work and I can't turn back on the heat pump. App is trash
