it's literally just a box of the main ingredientsdsent to your door once a week... so far best of the services i jave used it is the future, unfortunately... i pause my sub during the summer month as the delivery schedule in my area is late in the afternoon so the food has been a above room temperature 1or2x's(chicken breast was 86f). i am a faithful customer in the cooler months though! a recycling type of service for the box/packaging needed(perhaps refund points etc??)

Not good. Vegetables come in rotten sometimes. They don't give cards and they don't always give you the right meat they're supposed to. I order steak and I'll get beer. They also have the skip meal and cancel buttons where they ask a bunch of questions first and refuse to cancel unless you fill out a bunch of stuff first. So tedious. Don't recommend

I really appreciate the variety in meals, but they leave out some things that are very inexpensive, such as raw garlic or vinegar packets (when required for the recipe.) I think they expect people to already have these things, but that defeats the point of ordering this meal kit.

I gave it a try. I have yet to make anything but I noticed there are several items I have to come up with for the recipes that are not included in the box. Like eggs, butter, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, red wine vinegar & one dish has fresh garlic in the pic but comes with garlic powder. And no mention of fresh in the recipe!? Plus it's all basic food I could get cheaper at the store & the recipes are simple ones I would have made without help. I'm not placing another order.

Everything was OK for a month or so. Then, their delivery service in Amsterdam delivered my box tree days later then the original date. Half of the food was rotten. The next delivery didn't get my box at all, but managed to withdraw money from my account. I complained several times to support in the app. Two days passed and they haven't reached out. I wouldn't recommend to use the service. UPDATE: The support promised return money for the one box, but they failed to deliver again. It's a joke.

This is the best affordable meal kit in my opinion - 100+ options per week - Cheap yet tastes like restaurant food - Ingredients are fresh, haven't had any isssues - Optional free recipe cards - Easy instructions - Great app, zero bugs - Diverse options. Theres even awesome desserts - Great for learning to cook or for busy people who cant be bothered to come up with recipe ideas or grocery shop -Easy customer service Overall very pleased with this service. I would highly recommend!

I love the meals they offer. I'm on my 4th week. App is easy to use, but have a few suggestions/critiques. App cons: 1. I want to order my favorite past dinners. Why are they unavailable some weeks? 2. More dinner choices that include past choices would be nice. 3. Pictures that go along with the recipe would be helpful! 4. I don't like the recipe side scrolling. 5. Why not allow recipes to be viewed FULL screen? We don't need a useless picture of a pan taking up the top half of the screen!

I have tried other boxes like blue apron and every plate. Blue apron is too expensive for my taste and every plate had the same recipes over and over, plus you had to pay more for fish or "premium" ingredients. I love Dinnerly, because it's something different each time. Only thing I miss is getting garlic in my box but that's nothing compared to the quality of what you get for your price.
