Update Jan 2025 - still does not work. Force closes. The app is unusable. It launches and freezes, never go be useful again. Can't click on any on screen option. Can't login, can see anything, will not crash out. I have to swipe it away. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times over multiple months hoping for a fix. Useless.

The rewards are a joke, right? Unlike other reviewers I was able to log into the app, but it's very clunky and quirky to navigate. Then, similarly to the website the rewards do not load. Period. I cannot see anything in the menu area after the loading bar reaches full then disappears. Rewards for donatos has to be a gag joke, right? Why offer them, then tell me they're going to expire, if they can't be redeemed?! Bad app, bad business.

Barely usable. Constantly locks up on simple tasks, logging in, editing an item in the cart. Correction COMPLETELY useless! I finally got logged in, added a previous order, edited one of the toppings, and it changed the location to another store 8 miles away! Will you please fix this!!!

Order somewhere else. Papa John's app works. Pizza Hut app works. Dominos app works. Donatos has better food. Food is phenomenal. Obviously, you're not reading the reviews. Fix your app. It pulls up, I select delivery and the app freezes up. FIX THE APP. Your app is why I am now going to order from Dominos. Your AI response to other complaints ignore the problem. Fix the app.

App hasn't worked for 2 days. Reinstalled and it didn't help. It keeps asking me for the donatos location after I already answered it. I select deal, then it asks me for location again, and then the screen goes white. Never let's me use a deal.

Can't even log in 90% of the time. Has been an issue for quite some time. Update: That actually fixed my issue. Didn't think it would since it's a new phone. Perhaps my phone had backed up app data. Will change my review accordingly. Will update if anything else changes. Cheers.

Unusable. I can't ever get logged into the app, so I can't use my points. What's the point of having rewards if you can't use them?? As someone else said you'd think with all the negative reviews, they could fix it. P.S. They're a couple of 5 star reviews recently. They have to be management or paid reviewers. No way it's even close to 5 stars. Update: it was corrected for a few days but it's back to the broken version. Not sure why it's so hard.

Just updated. App now crashes almost every time I try to open it. When it does open, the app is frozen, and none of the menus or buttons work. Had to uninstall, reinstall and restart my phone for it to work.
