Very expensive. Ended up with $600 weekly after damaged almost new tire which their own service charged in me $209 saying they will cover but themselves only repairs up. To $100 total cost, like that's not even possible as even car battery cost more, with adding that whatever is over $100 total cost ptice of the leased car, is considered as a heavy and not counting as a regular wear and tear. Pretty crazy esp when you pay extra money for additional car insurance which is only for their interest

The worst customer support they knows nothing misleading with false information. Price higher than other renters with limited mileage and high down payment or deposit. Deposit refund not yet received first it took 30 days to start refunding process but it wasn't started as after 39 days I received email about starting refunding process today and it will take another 10 days to be deposited back to my account, I'm still waiting.

Worst rental service. I was scheduled to return the car at 1pm I was charged a late fee and they try to get next weeks payment at 11am even thought I have told them I will be returning the car more than a week before. I only kept the car for the 2 weeks but I wanted to return the car same day I took it. Rented a Kia Niro I was told it would charge in 45 mins. The battery lasted less than 4 hrs and every 3 hrs I had to go look for a charger and spend 2 hrs each time charging the car. 😡😡😡

Bulky, counterintuitive, and the app is unnecessary. Customer service has gaps and can very widely depending on whom your speaking with. Did not enjoy, chasing a refund on my security deposit.

For a company that claims World Class Customer Service, this apps customer service team dropped the ball multiple times over just a few days time. Save yourself time, energy, and stress. The team at Sally do not seem to care or wish to acknowledge you unless you have paid the deposit.

If there was a way I could put zero stars for this app I would definitely do that but there's not but at least want to put in my two cents this is a crooked place to be getting a car at I would advise anybody to make sure you know what you're doing before you do it because I messed up and almost lost my job out of it all because I was trying to just get a car for a little bit they don't let you keep the car that long and then they lie to you about stuff they tell you this and tell you that

Had problems with the app how to uninstall and reinstall it. Now I can't log back into my account. Tells me that I am a driver that email address already exists. But doesn't give me a way to log back in
