App is brilliant when it works, unfortunately, the app seems to forget the fan I've paired it to causing me to have to repair everything and reconnect the WiFi again. Luckily, you can solve this by just using google's own smart home app on your phone, you lose some features, but at least you won't have to keep repairing to the app every so often.

Was looking really good until I realised that the Google Home skill has a bug and cannot turn the fan off. Devs, you need to fix this, it's the most useful command! In fact it does work if you press the power button twice?? Tech support tried to fob me off saying one was to wake the fan up... Well it doesn't need waking up to turn on or to adjust any other settings!! And I've since realised that even their app needs two presses for off so it's looking more firmware related on the fan itself 🤬

Setting up the wifi connection is not how it is described in the manual or app. It states the fan has to be turned on, then hold the big button on the base for 5 seconds. This will result in turning it off. I pressed the big button for 5 seconds when the fan is off and then the wifi icon started blinking. Please update the app and your instruction manual

This sucks. The fan does not connect on the wifi. And yes, before anyone asks I'm connecting to a 2.4GHz network with WPA2 and AES. It baffles me that one of the main functions of the fan is that it's controllable via phone through wifi, but it's completely broken. I also have an older duux that connected fine, while the Whisper Flex ULTIMATE does not. ULTIMATE rubbish if you ask me.

Whatever they've done to this app they need to undo it and start again. After trying and trying for an hour I finally got the heater 360 device to connect and at that point I was able to see their message that people were having problems connecting. Really, who knew and seriously a message after connection? Customer support are supposed to be aware of the problem and hope to have a fix in a few weeks. If not I have a piece of junk in my living room. This app isn't even worth one star.

Bought a whisperflex fan last Summer and it worked lime a charm. App was brilliant as I could control fan easily at night or while I was working without having to disturb anyone else. Plugged it in to use last week and now it won't connect to the WiFi, no matter how many times I try. Nothing has changed since last year so no idea what the issue is. So now, it's just an ordinary fan, which is fine but not what I wanted or paid for. Absolutely gutted.

App is useful only if it could remember your settings on their latest Duux Beam humidifire, it is so buggy, each time you turn on the machine you must setup everything again. I bought this because of scheduling possibility, but that too returns errors on save! Also you cannot schedule for example from 9:00 pm to 1:00 am! The app says ending time cannot be smaller than starting time. Was this app designed by bunch of trainees? This is not what you expect when you pay 300€ for a humidifire!

Generally fine but some improvements needed. Scheduled actions are sorted by action, not time. When you have multiple on/offs, the offs are at the top and the ons at the bottom. It would be more intuative if it sorted by time. The lack of being able to set the night mode to be permanently on if a little frustrating as it will beep as it is doing actions in the middle of the night. Also doesn't work if you are outside the range, even though it should connect through wifi.
