As an existing, paying EDI client, with an active card, it seems I still have to register and provide my personal details again. But I cannot register, as the app complains that my "email address is invalid". Which of course is not the case. Literally unusable, even though it was one of the reasons I chose EDI.

It is too slow to be usable. Highest minimum charge speed is only 50kW? No easy way to see fast chargers on route? Please take a look at abrp app they have it all worked out.

Slow, unresponsive,... Can't use the app to start charging, need to use the card. This isn't how I expected electric driving to be. I miss my traditional petrol car.

Limited possibilities The option to request all charging stations along a selected route is missing. This is a missed opportunity.
