I'm not getting video. The only way for me to open the camera is by pressing the doorbell. Kind a useless if I just want to see what's outside or who's outside. Even after the doorbell's been pressed all I get is a couple screenshots. Took forever for it to be able to connect. Says you can contact support through the app, yes you can send them a message, not that it does any good. Send a few. 1 useless answer. So far as a so-called video doorbell this thing is useless, so is the app. Junk.

it's not working as good as I had hoped for, first it was constantly ringing with the motion sensor, when there was nothing there, then it didn't show anything at all. we get deliveries and it doesn't show the person, the only time it seems to work is if I go outside with the phone in my pocket.

I've had this app for about 4 hours and it already does not work, I've subscribed to Cloud and I can't watch the videos. My phone says there is a bug within the app that can only be repaired by the creators. I'll probably end up uninstalling and unsubscribing due to this as the last update was today and said it had fixed the bugs.

Crashes as soon as I try to view cloud recording. What is the use of surveillance if I can't even view the recoding. I've restarted device and cleared cache, no change

Very poor. Solar panal charging doesn't work. Saved video clips too short about 10 seconds. Doesn't pick up all movements. Overall useless

The app never worked. Kement took my £14.99 cloud subscription, but I never received any of the functionality I had paid for. The doorbell went back to Amazon (who refunded me for the physical doorbell); Kement have not so far refunded me my £14.99 pointless subscription. Awful experience. Don't waste your time.

Quality picture. clear sound.Fully charged can last approximately a month without solar panels. easy to set up.

After downloading the app and making the account, the app doesn't do anything. It just disappears after I touch it. What is the point in having a doorbell camera if I can't use it on my cell phone when I'm gone?
