They have the worst grocery delivery service in the UAE , never on time , never providing the correct order , never giving back refund on time if they make a mistake , and they have the worst customer support service. I wrote this review 1 year ago and today 05/10/24 they haven't improve one bit , and they are still the lousiest grocery delivery service , I made an order and waited for 3 days , contacted the support system everyday,they promise the delivery and nothing

Delivery of my ordered items placed outside the main door of the villa. It is my first experience from El grocer that the delivery person wants me to pick up the items I ordered. I recommend others to used other apps not this El Grocer.

Awful app. If you add more of an item it doesnt update the basket so you have to always check if the basket has updated. This happens every time. Additionally many items that are in the shops do not appear on the app, this is basic items such as fresh full milk, Yogurt or sliced bread or Strawberries. If you need to check on your notes for what you need and you back on the app, your search results disappear and you have to search again. Overall one of the worst apps I have ever used.

Absolutely rubbish service. I made an order, it was accepted, then I was told it cannot be completed, 1.5-2hrs later. Next day the order arrived and was incorrect, items missing, different prices than advertised. The chat on the app for "help" was useless, not a help at all. Customer service is so bad. Don't waste your time, use a different app if you want groceries. L

I only used it once because I have 30AED coupon, however they removed items worth 18 AED to look like I used my coupon. Becareful of what you get because if you are not aware they might take your money. Also, they tell you to substitute items because it is out of stock, why substitute if you dont have it already! Also they recommend very expensive alternatives. Very unprofessional.

Since 8 months I'm using this app daily. I got their way of doing business. First at all for any issues better to contact directly the shop, mobile number provided. Secondly, for any complain most of the time nobody will contact to you because seems they're having only 1 person responsible but also recently was changing the staff. Another thing their timing for delivery most of the time it's correct, even it's taking long time. The main problem is that sometimes you're picking the item, it's not showing that it's out of stock. These things should be updated everytime, because after you have to choose something else as replacement or if they doesn't have it, you must to cancel and order from some other shop which is annoying. I personally like this app because at least I can see the items, choose the better prices and shops. By calling to the shop you cannot see their product quality.

Horrible app, will not recommend. They're on the smile app. Ordered, was prompt that order was delivered (it was not btw), took the money twice. Inform agent and said to cancel the order and return the twice deducted amount. Agent asked for screenshot, gave her, then I asked if I will get the refund twice as it deducted twice, she said only once as the system only showed once and need to wait 3-5 day, it was so clear that it was deducted twice on the screenshot that I sent, they can do the math!

Very satisfied with the app. Delivery is the same day and if some items r out of stock u have option to choose different once or to choose nothing. Even delivery guy call if u did not open the app for replacement of product. App is easy to navigate, user friendly and after the order is done u have option in 30min to add more stuff that I really like 👍. Overall very good experience
