Cette app est mal faite: il faut faire une réservation alors que vous êtes devant la borne et donc bouger le véhicule vers le connecteur "réservé". Il est plus facile de payer par carte. Arrêtez d'inventer la roue. l'App de fastned fonctionne très bien.

j'ai utilisé la borne de recharge avec Bancontact en décembre 2023 et à cause d'un problème technique la caution de 49€ n'a jamais été remboursée. Après avoir fourni toutes les preuves, Electra n'a toujours pas fait le remboursement. Nous sommes presque deux mois plus tard et ils répondent sans cesse qu'ils "analysent le problème avec l'équipe technique". Conseil: n'utilisez pas l'App car elle bug et ils ne remboursent pas.
