The ezManage - Delivery app is designed to help streamline, manage, and track deliveries that are fulfilled in-house by restaurants in the ezCater network.

Once a driver is assigned to a delivery they will be able to access important customer and delivery details right from the ezManage - Delivery app. When the order is ready for delivery, the driver will begin tracking which will help provide visibility into the status of the order and reduce the number of manual communications between the restaurant, the customer, and the ezCater support team. Upon arrival, the driver will be able to contact the customer through a masked phone number to ensure privacy for all parties. The ezManage - Delivery app also provides the ability for a driver to upload a photo and leave feedback about the delivery which will help resolve any issues post fulfillment.

After installing the app to become a driver I was sent a link but after I clicked on the link it states webpage couldn't be found. The second option was given in case I ran into a problem and the response was I'm not a driver. Not sure how you go about signing up to do gigs for this app. Will continue to search further

Very easy to you straight to the point. The delivery your schedule for pops up in app you get all info you need to make delivery and contact person when you arrive. Tap button to start take a picture when you deliver of of office or where ever so they know you went. The tap button to report delivered that easy.

First class experience., From start to finish. Great communication and customer service. All the representatives are knowledgeable, efficient and can provide realtime solutions to realtime problems! This app is trash, ask for a number to get started, then it just takes me to the chrome website. The pictures they show on the description of the app are false. Ive never been able to access the app.

Don't use this app. They will use doordash delivery drivers and keep their tips. If you do use it be aware they are crooks. I have a delivery driver that is a doordasher and picked up a catering from this company he went 30 miles and set it up in the business. Only got 12.00. For his service. Catering was for 30 people.

Not Android friendly, very janky at times. I have to carry an iPad which defeats the purpose of having it on my phone to stay up to date on deliveries.

I tried to install the app today - it said to enter my phone number to receive a secure link. I thought that had been addressed by the development team. I did take a screen shot to send if needed.

I have this one order that keep showing tracking and I can't get it off my phone, and this was a pick up order as well. It's stuck. Please help or give instructions to remove tracking
