The app is almost perfect, but with one massive flaw that's worth two stars to me - unlike the browser version, swapping a bottle out in the app is like Russian Roulette. You either accept the bottle shown or trade it for who-knows-what. In the browser, when I choose to swap, I'm given three alternatives and the chance to read the tasting notes first. Bring that ability to the app, and I'll adjust my rating.

canceling my subscription bc I never signed up for a subscription for this I bought wine once and I was done Can't cancel on your website or app what's so ever and now I have wine that I didn't even know was coming to my house I wasn't notified or anything that I had a subscription through firstleaf now I'm stuck with wine that I shouldn't even have bc of this scummy business oh and you can't change your password doesn't work nor your email 😑

Crashes on Android as soon as it tries to load. So pretty useless at this point.

Easily scan a wine menu at a restaurant or any bottle at the store and the app provides a personalized recommendation! Also, simple to rate wine and update my club preferences. Love it!

The app takes a really long time to load. (It may just be my phone, so if no one else makes this comment, it probably is.) Also, not all the Firstleaf wines seem to be in the catalog so I still had to go to the site to rate. It would be nice if the app could integrate data from the site. I'd also love to be able to search Firstleaf exclusive wines based on the comfort zone or adventurer's ratings, so I could get my next box with a mix of guarantees and chances.

I have used this service twice and after the trial. They send me a California wine that was half water and half wine. I have never seen a clear red wine until now. Do not fall for their premium select concierge delivery tactics and no refunds type customers service. It's low quality wine repacked to look selective. Don't do it.
