I initially gave it 1 star for it's ancient interface and poor performance, but now I came back to give it 0 stars. This is impossible, which is a shame, because it sure deserves it. I opened the newly updated app and was greeting by a message: "Loading school settings" for 5 minutes. I couldn't exit the app, couldn't pull down the notification shade, couldn't even open the sidebar or change the volume. My phone also began to heat up until the app finally crashed and I promptly uninstalled it.

Something I've learned about this app is that it can see everything that you're doing on your phone, and can even change things on your device. Since downloading, I've had alarms set, which I had not set myself, only for school days, which promptly disappear after going off. Its an invasion of privacy, and seeing as most children and even adults downloading this won't read the terms of service, they won't know what they are getting into. This is a poor evolution of school usages.

This is one of the worst apps I have ever had the distinct displeasure of being downloaded onto my phone. First of all, the interface would seem archaic by the standards of the year 2000. Second of all, despite this horrid interface which is an affront to my eyes, the app still manages to lag on my phone. Besides, it being enforced by the school as a way to spy on you when you go out of class to track you around the school. All this is is a waste of space on my phone being used to spy on us. QED

Honestly when myself and some of my freinds told me that it was mandatory to use this app if you wanted to get some stuff on events we knew this was going to be awful. "Awful" does not even come close to how bad it truly is. I mean 9 times out of 10 it won't open, I looked into the software and overall code of it and it tracks everything you do, the UI is made to look like the first version of Microsoft Paint, and overall this is absolutely awful. Please remove this mess of an app.

5 stars? More like 2.4 stars. This app is utterly garbage, a pathetic excuse for an application. The incessant nagging to turn on wifi, along with the unnecessary location permissions required should be a red flag right away, but I decided to give the app a try. The ui looks like it was made before 2000. The icon buttons often takes two or more presses to register, amd even with a 2019 flagship phone, this app is the only app that manages to make my phone lag, despise this app doing nothing.

This is horrible to say the least. First of when I started using it it was alright had a dumb design but hey I got stuff for free. Then all of a sudden it starts crashing and that's just dumb now its gotten to the point were it won't even load in even my school tried to look into it but nope it's dumb. The only thing the company had to respond to it is reset your phone and reinstall app. No matter what it doesn't work and it still looks dumb. This doesn't even go into the problem with its code.

Ever since I downloaded this app, it has been kicking me out of my other apps and has changed my alarm sound to sound like beeping. This app also crashes my phone when I'm trying to use it. It also stops my music when I'm trying to listen to music. This app gets a negative 10 rating. I hate this app.

To call this app a trainwreck would be a compliment. The name is pathetically uninspired, and the user interface is an abominable mess. Navigating through the app is akin to wading through a sea of quicksand - tedious, frustrating, and utterly devoid of any form of intuitive design. To put it simply, 5-Star Students is a complete and utter disaster. Avoid at all costs.
