* Receive notifications when a schedule is added, changed or removed.

* Notify your supervisor that you are running late to your next scheduled activity.
* Create in time-off requests and receive notifications when request statuses change, or changes occur.
* See what days are available for leave, which slots are filling up quickly and where you are at in line for waitlisted time-off requests.
* Request a shift trade with a specific coworker or post a shift to the trade board.
* Browse the shifts available to trade and drop a current shift or add a new shift. You can also view the status of these events.
* Receive notifications when a schedule is added, or removed, when a time off request is approved or denied, when a shift has been offered, and when a shift trade has been accepted or denied.

I like genesys tempo, it's easier to view my schedules now even when I'm away from home. Just needs to polish some tools like applying for leaves. But all in all 9/10!

App worked fine. Then I logged out and it doesn't recognizey current credentials. I uninstalled and reinstalled app, still not working. It won't recognizey organization either. Useless.

One of the MOST USELESS APPS AVAILABLE. There is no need for such stupid login security JUST FOR A SCHEDULE. Just create a web version with full functionality (view schedule in multiple ways, export schedule in multiple ways, share schedule in mulitple ways, allow personal notes for days/weeks/months, etc.). Its like this app was made by a bunch of clueless people....

App keeps logging out everyday or every few hours. Have had to sign in 5-6 times in last 3-4 days. Is there an issue ? I'm not the only one facing this. Just realized my work colleagues have the same issue. Is the developers are reading this, please look into it. Before you advise for us to check if we have permission to view correctly and have access as per your previous replies to other reviews, yes we do and we have not made any changes to the settings. We use for viewing rosters. Thank you.

App used to work great, but after a recent update I log in and get a message saying I don't have the authorization to access it anymore, I've already reached out to my system admin who has reached out to genesys support and the issue has still been unanswered for over a week

It doesn't actually work and hasn't done so for nearly 3 months. Comes up with "an unexpected error occurred" after logging in. Our organisation has raised a ticket with ATOS but nothing seems to be being done to fix this

Currently in WFM attempting to access the app so we can link our genesys cloud for agents to be able to use for call out and PTO requests, however before we can communicate it to staff, our organization isn't listed on drop down and my login for genesys cloud isn't working for this app but works for the website. Can anyone help fix these issues so my wfm colleagues and myself don't have to continue our current process? Thanks!

Useless app & incompetent developers Issue plaguing this app for the last few months. I attempt to select the region and goes back to the login screen. I haven't been able to view my schedule for so long now. Developers don't care, they have no standards.
