Terrible app. First of all it's more expensive to order with this app than any other Korean food app. Secondly they don't even have any restaurants available. I tried to order fricking Korean food in SEOUL and no restaurant was available. None ! They where either out of service or "temporarly not available". So don't even bother with this app. The only reason I don't give 1 star is because at least it accepts foreign cards which is more than other Korean apps do.

The second time around, my food wasn't delivered. The app wouldn't show updates on the food's status. When I messaged the support team, they lied. They sent me a photo of someone else's delivered food, and I was made to run around in vain only to be told that it would take 2 hours to have my food delivered.

Above and beyond customer service!! Only gave it 4 stars because of 2 problems. First, the majority of restaurants do NOT have uploaded photos of their food. It makes it difficult to order if the menu is foreign to you. Secondly, there are some restaurants advertised but after ordering, the restaurant is not found by the app or not available. If these were fixed, then easily 10 stars

Awesome food! Usually friendly service. However, sometimes I order food and Shuttle takes the money. Then Shuttle says the restaurant has closed or isn't answering the phone. This is a bit inconvenient because the money isn't refunded immediately. Some drivers are very rude for no reason. Also, I left clear instructions on my account for the drivers to call when they arrive. Several drivers never call or text. They just leave the food so it sits out in the freezing cold and I have to reheat it.

The most loveliest customer service I've ever encountered in my lifetime. They are extremely kind, help you out with perfect solutions, and generous! It is fantastic, the responses!! I had so many issues because of my card; however, these guys couldn't be nicer in helping me out. Everything is in English, and you can easily navigate throughout. Fast service!! I absolutely love it. Completely recommended to use :)

This was my first time ordering from the app and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was good and the service was quick. The app is very user friendly and it gives you a variety of restaurant options, as well as payment options. I would 1000% recommend this app to my friends. Thank you. It's Feb 2, 2021 and I'm still pleased with the app. It's convenience is unmatched and due, in part, to being one of the only delivery apps in all English. New restaurants seem to be added weekly as well.

Up until recently my card has worked fine with the app. For some reason the app is suddenly giving me firstdata errors, I've tried reentering the card data several times and it works fine with the Shuttle website so it seems to be a problem on the app's end. Update: it appears to have been fixed.
