Worst food app ever and I have 20 or more I use regularly. It doesn't resize for my phone so thr prices and totals are off the screen. When trying to add rewards it clears the entire order. I loose the order and have to restart at least 10 times every time I use the app. Rarely order from westshore for this reason.

The application is very basic compared to it's competitors and will not function correctly quite frequently. It's disappointing that a company so successful does not have the foresight to improve it's #1 resource that brings in the money.

The app showed every location near me but thr one I go to. The app continually hangs. DELETED.

this app does not list all locations the west shore near me is not listed on app so don't bother to waste your time to download

Does not function correctly in android. Can't even log in!!

Prices dont match stores. Each store is self owned & not attached to main compant. When asked if i can get help the storw said that i cant contact corporate. Seems they dont care & little to no help. If this is the attitude I will gladly go else where.

Decent amount of UI lag, applying coupons is much more difficult than it needs to be, not all locations available.
