TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Stay away from this third party provider. Their customer support is unreliable , very hard to understand and can't barely provide any help or take any responsibilities for their mistakes. They sent orders at your store opening times even though they had the order the day before. No notification are being entered for orders except their tablet. You may have to hire someone just to stare at it so you don t miss an order.

Grubhud is a great delivery service, but the cost of of fees is to high and need to be lowered you have to pay delivery fees taxes fee and service fees not good at all then they give discounts but by the time you they add on the fees it just like you didn't get a discount.

Only 2 orders i've made, one wasn't even close to right, the other was cancelled 15 minutes after ny irder was placed. I won't be using it again, even though they gave me a free 3 month trial for Grubhub+....

I partnered with GrubHub and have been on this platform for 3 months and GrubHub actually has given me nothing but issues from my experience partner never calling back and all the photos I submitted being rejected because it doesn't include food.....I'm a freaking florist 😔 the bumbling in aptitude is astonishing

I put 30 minutes on the machines and they send the driver in 5. I have to keep adding more time because the drivers keep coming too early. This is high key dumb.

Tried to set up.an account. Did not take my email. I have had the same email for 5 years. My daughter placed anoder, they took the money but made no delivery. But kept saying the delivery was not paid for. Its called bank recordss, try again. GET IT TOGETHER.

Bad bad bad! This place is a rip off they will take your money and try there best not to give it back to you and don't trust any restaurant who partners with them because they also will not make sure you get your money back unless you can afford to lose a bunch of 🤑 don't use this company also seems that other people have had the same problems I wished I would had read the reviews before using them how stupid on my part .I hope this review saves someone from getting ripped off.

Not useful or helpful whatsoever! I spent more time trying to navigate an antiquated system no one cares to update than I did getting use for my business. Garbage!
