Does not connect to hafele connect mesh. Seems kind of obvious that the company's app should connect to each other, but no.

App features are really good and friendly. The only concern I have is that notifications are not coming and that is creating problem on both of My Andriod and Apple devices. If any one is requesting for entry notification is not recieved. You have to go inside app and check for request. Please correct this and I can give 5 stars.

Lousy apps been using 1 year and change my phone to Samsung S24 on June...suddenly on Sept I cannot receive notification on my phone. I had tested all my 2 old Samsung also cannot receive notification but tested on my IPad 11 Pro 2018 I able to received notification. I had call Singtel and Samsung they told me should be their apps problem. But they insist their products is ok. Suggested you all better don't buy this Hafele products their customers service also not friendly at all.

Not a good experience. It suddenly stopped sending the push notifications. I can see that the door opening notification is present in app but its not sending any notification. NO PUSH NOTIFICATION.
