This app has a lot of glitches . Sometimes, when I open the app, I can't turn the light bulb on or off . I can't even interact with it sometimes. It would just keep saying loading, and nothing happens. I tried restarting the app. I tried resetting my wifi, and it still doesn't work. The only way it works is if I uninstall and reinstall the app. I have to do this like every 2 weeks .

I've had this app with a subscription for over a year now and have had ZERO complaints until now. It no longer detects anything. I have moved to a new address and it still says I'm connected to the old wifi. It's ridiculous considering a complete reset is required when connecting to new wifi. It no longer runs in the background therefore it closes and logs me out! Until this issue gets fixed I will be canceling my subscription....... indoor 360 FIX THIS PLEASE!

EDIT: Someone else stated if you turn off your location it'll stop crashing. It worked.. but it's still garbage that everyone is having this issue and the support team just kept transferring me around. It was good until recently. Every time I try to watch the camera, it crashes. I have to uninstall then download again. Please fix this issue!

All of the sudden the app keeps closing. For the most part I like the apps. I never did get to try out the Suscription. I installed and then didn't even use them for a couple months. It seems like having more detailed notification would be pretty cool. But right now, just have the app work at all would be nice.

The app has simply gotten worse and more unstable. The app still has random crashes, more frequently. Secondly, I need to log in every time I want to enter the app, which is obnoxious. Maybe if it was biometric, it would be a lot better, but it's not. It's just a text to your number every time I open my app.

Horrible! I bought 2 indoor and 2 outdoor cameras, they couldn't find my 2.4 ghz wifi. Roku sent me 1 and only 1 replacement, and it wasn't the same model. It works, but the started crashing when I created rules after getting annoyed with the constant notifications. Because it notifies TWICE per event. I'm 0 for 8 with problems and they keep getting worse. BUY OTHER PRODUCTS AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

Not too sure if Roku door cam is good or bad. It detects things when it wants to. Doesn't detect the millions of mosquitos flying all around it at night or my husband leaving for work in the morning. Some days it gives up and doesn't want to detect a thing. Some days its lonely and wants attention. Like today! Hey! There's a plant out here! Its taunting me! Sometimes the plant isn't moving at all but the Roku cam complains! Why!?

The app logged me out today and when I logged back in, it didn't detect my camera. So I had to set up my camera within the app again. Now that it is connected, it is telling me that I only have a 14 day trial period. Even though I bought a full year subscription a few months ago. Not only that, there are no cloud saves available and the app refuses to turn my cameras off. This is absolutely outrageous.
