every article required several seconds to load, even already pre-downloaded. I am sure I will cancel the subscription for this rubbish app. too too too many popup ad. for paid subscriber, and even it is in the background, it still hijack the screen to popup ad. when online. i have kill this app after read everytime. it is completely ridiculous

This app has problem loading articles. It only shows one article every time I open it. If I tap on another article after the first one, it will load a blank page. I have to close the app and open it again to read another article. Basically I can only read one article everytime I open the app. I tried to delete and reinstall the app but the problem persists.

Please fix your ad space. it always jumps in when I want to check the 3rd article. i do not need it ad-free. it is not about showing ads, it is the super annoying instrusive way they are shown

Advertisers please stop placing ads in this app, the way ads pop up is super irritating and noone, noone will bother to even taking a peep. will stop subscription when it ends later. Quality of this journal is hitting rock bottom.

Cannot open the App despite multiple attempts to uninstall and re-install! Was cheated to extend the contract for another year in the process.(Now up to October 2023.)

I am also a Xiaomi user and I am still waiting for the black screen issue to be fixed. Any estimate as to when this could happen? Meanwhile, I am still paying my monthly subscription to the paper. Thanks.

While I ve turned on all the notification permissions, the app is unable to give me any real-time notifications like other apps do (e.g. apple news, oriental news). I m a subscriber but the app cant even do something other apps can offer for free! I m using samsung galaxy s8+ and I know another friend who is using samsung c9 pro and has the same problem. Could you please investigate and let me know why?

I can only read one article every time, if i open the next article, it will show blank content (even i have download all the articles for today), i have to restart the app and read the next article
