Some options aren't available/don't work (i.e. gnocchi or ravioli... You never get a chance to specify which of the two you want). When making preference choices, the order of selections varies by item... Some items ask you to select sauce then sides, others ask to select sides then sauce... It's a bit confusing on a larger order. Standardization would be an improvement.

Functional but frustrating. For whatever reason autofill won't work with my Android phone so I had to type everything. It also got stuck on the month of the credit card and then wouldn't process and then when I re-entered the credit card it said I couldn't use it because it was the same number that was already there for the one that didn't work. It basically took me 25 minutes to order pizza using this app which would have taken 30 seconds on the phone.

The app does't have an option to add tip. Because of that, after finishing the order, I have to call the restaurant and give them my credit card number manually to pay for tip. Please fix this. In times like this we want contactless deliveries and I'm sure the workers want to be tipped.

Some minor UI bugs need to be worked on. For one, I cannot see the submit button when inputting credit card details because the keyboard is in the way. I cannot tap outside of the data fields to minimize it.

It won't allow me to input my address, says it's incorrect. If I wanted extra veggies on my burrito bowl there's no selection for that, no spot to leave a note/request. Some things are labelled incorrectly. No option to choose fountain drink. 2 years later, still cannot input my address for delivery...

App is simple. Easy to use. Would be nice if it showed timing but I understand that this is a local place so not expecting national franchise short order service. It works well enough for my needs.

Hard to use. Doesn't give you a time to pickup your food. Doesn't email a conformation or allow you to see the order you've just placed. Had to call the restuarant and wait 10 mins for them to tell.me when my food would be ready only for them to tell me it's already ready! Horrible app

The app is a great addition, I definitely prefer ordering online. Descriptions and pictures do need to be updated though as a lot dont have pictures or descriptions.
